Most people tend to focus on how they can motivate themselves to get going with something. It is necessary to find that initial spark. To get going in the first place. Yet we have come to find that the real challenge waits for each and every one of us way beyond that point: when the going gets tough.

Our advice: embrace the challenge of forming a new habit or setting a goal. Don't be afraid to fail early on to see how you recover. Be proud of doing something that can't just be done on the side, without any struggles. Now you are truly committed.
