Goalify was selected to monitor on-ground activities and collect important field metrics and compliance evidence for one of the largest agricultural companies in Southeast Asia.

The company faced significant challenges in maintaining consistent adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) among its managers, as its plantations are spread across more than 100 locations on four different islands. Goalify was chosen to ensure that SOPs are followed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, we implemented several interactive reports and automated email updates to keep management informed on a daily basis.

An impressive collection of over 1.5 million proof-of-work images were uploaded and collected via the Goalify mobile app. Reports and automated flagging options ensured efficient handling of the submitted image evidence.
