Our client, the largest energy company in Southeastern Europe, selected Goalify to modernize and administrate their top leadership transformation program for their highest managerial levels. Their BOD tasked HR to introduce a digital, interactive, micro-learning format to the program while providing program managers with better insights into the program's actual adoption and adherence rate among the 200+ participants. Moreover, program managers should have the option to communicate with all participants through chat quickly.
The client chose Goalify to deliver the learning content and capture participation through its easy-to-use mobile app and web access. We introduced branded, interactive, one-click reports for program managers that provided a quick-look summary of the progress across all participants. Additionally, reports allowed the drill-down to individual participant levels and could be segmented according to business units, departments, and more. Reports also highlighted problematic behavior, such as "rushed through content", late submission, and other irregular patterns.
Due to the program's success, the use of Goalify was extended and expanded for a second wave of participants, now covering 500 participants, company external coaches, and multi-lingual content. We were able to introduce a fully automated reporting system to inform stakeholders about program participation periodically. By putting the reporting on autopilot, we were able to further minimize the administrative workload - usually accompanying such large-scale transformation programs - for program managers and coaches while more than doubling the number of participants.
