How to create beautiful images without being a designer

In the last edition of Insights I covered our text document feature and went over how styling plays an important role in conveying your message successfully. In this edition, I want to provide you with another useful feature: images.

The online world is filled with images. They can convey a message within the blink of an eye, where text might take paragraphs to communicate the same content. Using images in the right place and at the right time can make a big difference in telling your story.

Here’s some great news: Accessing and creating beautiful images has become really easy thanks to online services like Canva, which provides unbelievably simple graphic design software and Adobe Spark, with its excellent social media graphics, short videos and web pages that you can create in minutes.

You no longer need to buy expensive software that has a lot of features that you don’t need and will never use – many visual media services offer affordable monthly subscriptions…and some can even be used for free. The most important thing: They are so easy to use!

Get started with a template, choose from the many available images, make adjustments (like adding text or your own logo), download the ready-to-use image and upload it to Goalify Professional’s document library.

I encourage you to check out the above or related services and to spice up your documents with images.

That’s all for this insight. Be on the lookout for the next one. If there’s a specific topic you’d like me to touch on, let me know!
