Client and coach are distinct user roles within Goalify Professional.
We use “client” as a general term for clients, patients, employees, or others who have accepted an invitation.
We use “coach” as an umbrella term for coaches, team leaders, healthcare professionals, consultants, managers, and others who guide people or manage objectives.
Think of a team as a department, branch or corporate mandate. Create a new team whenever you want to create an independent list of coaches and clients. While coaches or even clients can be part of more than one team, a team’s content cannot be shared among different teams.
Yes, we offer a fully functional evaluation of Goalify Professional for a period of 14 days. When your evaluation expires, you can continue using our service by purchasing any of our monthly subscriptions.
No, you do not need to register a credit card while evaluating Goalify Professional. You only need a valid e-mail address.
Towards the end of the trial we will e-mail you and ask if you want to purchase a subscription. If you feel ready to buy a paid plan, you can do so using a credit card or PayPal. If you choose not to purchase a paid subscription after your free trial period, we will lock your account. Most of the features will be automatically disabled at this point.
You can unlock your account after an expired trial period at any time by purchasing a subscription.
Yes, we would never want you to pay for features or licenses you do not need. This is why you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription to a different pricing level at any time. We will even try to prorate most charges. Truly worry-free pricing.
Yes, depending on the plan you purchased you can add additional licenses for coaches and teams. You can cancel each additional license when its no longer needed.
No, your clients do not have to pay anything - it is 100% free for them. Clients will even gain access to the Goalify Unlimited Edition for as long as they remain your clients on Goalify Professional.
Yes, you can purchase our branding & custom appearance addon to add branding elements to your clients' web access and to the Goalify mobile app. We also support custom goalifyapp.com domains, including secure SSL encryption.
Yes, we firmly believe you should only pay for and use software that is truly valuable to you. Canceling your subscription is as easy as clicking a link.
We strongly believe in data security, especially when it comes to billing information. That is why we have outsourced our billing to paddle.com, a global payment processor with years of experience. All billing data is stored by paddle.com and will not be shared.
